These terms govern your use of Legio Aeterna ("the Game"), operated at legioaeterna.com. By playing the Game or using any of its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Your Account

You may create an account using email or a third-party login provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Dynamic Content

Legio Aeterna dynamically generates narrative content, dialogue, and game scenarios. This content is created in real time and may vary between sessions. While we strive for historical authenticity, generated content should not be taken as factual historical reference. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of all generated content.

Virtual Items & Currency

In-game items, currency (denarii), and character progression exist only within the Game and have no real-world monetary value. You do not own virtual items. They are licensed to you as part of the Game experience. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time for game balance or technical reasons.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Legio Aeterna is a small indie project and we are unable to offer refunds. If you have billing concerns, contact us at [email protected].

Acceptable Use

You agree not to exploit bugs, use automated tools to interact with the Game, harass other players, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Game's systems. We reserve the right to take action against accounts that engage in abusive or disruptive behaviour.

Limitation of Liability

Legio Aeterna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of game data, interruptions in service, or damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Game or by email. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
